Two California Bills to help with Policy Enforcement

The TCPRC team developed a statewide policy brief to help educate about the need for 2 bills which will help with enforcement of existing flavored tobacco sales restriction policies:

  • SB 1230: Strengthen Tobacco Oversight Programs (STOP) and Seize Illegal Tobacco Products Act
  • AB 3218: Unflavored Tobacco List.

These bills were both signed by Governor Newsom.
